this is for Submitting an RMA on the FC, if you want to ship back to me for repair

Note: If you ship back to me for repair, will cost round shipping,repairs are always free if the FC is repairable.

1. download this FORM, Fill out the information and put this from inside the package, and check out with the shipping you want me to ship back to you  

2. I will contact you when I get the board repair or replace

3. make sure you actually place a order and pay for the shipping. Thanks

4. if there is no shipping back require, just choose local pickup.
